Privacy Procedures for EFP Program Delivery

How the AEFP Company protects farmer and rancher confidentiality

1. All farm units are provided with a EFP participant number at Workshop 1 for submitting Feedback Evaluation Forms and My Farm Plan for review and evaluation.
   
   
2. All information attained during the evaluation process will be reported in aggregate only.
   
   
1. At least 10 data points are required before information is presented about any issue.


3. All data entered into the database is protected by a password protected and encrypted database.

2. All client information is confidential and must not be discussed outside the confines of the workshop, review committee or The Alberta Environmental Farm Plan Company. Auditors do have access to files and records. Program evaluators, as assigned by the Head Office, will be entitled to select information from the files.
