Feedback plays key role in EFP process

November 13, 2006:

The incorporation of comments and suggestions is a valuable feature of the new edition of the EFP workbook. "The feedback we collect from producer participants of every workshop is very important," says Therese Tompkins, AEFP program director. "The delivery team, who work closely with the workbook, are also an important source of feedback.

"Their comments and suggestions build up to the point of critical mass and trigger the need for change. We've simply incorporated this feedback into the new workbook."
